When installing or unloading the screen roller, be sure to exert force evenly, take it lightly, install the screen roller safely into the supporting groove or unload it from the printing press. In the printing process, the pressure between the scraper and the screen roller and the cot and the screen roller should be as small as possible to reduce the wear of the screen roller. After the shutdown, must make the mesh roller and the rubber roller off pressure, otherwise, the mesh roller will bend because of long unidirectional force and deformation, resulting in uneven ink transfer mesh roller. In addition, every time after the end of printing, it is necessary to clean the mesh roller in time to prevent pigment particles in the ink from drying in the ink hole, resulting in ink hole plugging, affecting printing production.
3. In the process of storage, we should also do a good job in the protection of the mesh roller, to prevent the surface from foreign bodies or collision, in addition to its special storage tank, in order to prevent the surface of oil, dust or dust.
